The Palace has some convoluted process of reviewing points and comps on your players cards, assessing current days vs previous days, and ultimately determining that your benefit is fairly limited. When we were checking out, the casino host reviewed our level of play and took care of all our room charges. Case in point, our last casino visit was to Isle of Capri in Missouri. This is standard procedure with most casinos, who review your level of play in making this determination. Our dismay occurred, however, when we visited the casino host prior to our checkout to determine how many days of our room charges would be taken care of. If you go in expecting to win, you are usually disappointed. We didn't win a fortune on the slots, but that seems par for the course these days at most casinos. Overall the casino was very nice, our room was kept clean, and the food in all of their restaurants was quite good.
